At DecoratorsBest, we strive to ensure your home renovation project is perfect by offering a straightforward return process for eligible designer fabrics and wallpapers. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet our manufacturer-specific criteria and minimum yardage requirements.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns will not be accepted without this unique identifier.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, uncut, and unopened packaging; please note that samples, custom-made products, and orders under 5 yards/rolls are generally non-returnable.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it to the specific warehouse address provided by our support team.
Receive Refund
Once the manufacturer inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs.
